Nineteen years of making complex things feel simple.
I started in brand and project management in 2007, moved into digital product through Emily Carr, and have worked where design, research and delivery meet ever since. Most recently I was UX product designer and product owner at PrecisionOS, working on VR surgical training for orthopedic residents, its companion app and its website.
What I bring is range and follow-through. I can run the research, design the experience, write the acceptance criteria and stay with QA until it ships, so less gets lost in hand-offs. Agentic coding now lets me carry a design straight into working UI. I do my best work in complex, high-stakes settings, where the team needs someone who can hold the whole picture.

Shaped the VR training experience for orthopedic residents, its companion app and the website, and owned the backlog from scoping to release. Ran moderated testing with residents, co-authored test plans with QA, built in-headset tutorial and panel UI in Unreal Engine, and brought agentic coding into the design workflow.
Gameplay Quality Verification. Owned test strategy for Frostbite integration and the Alpha and Beta milestones across eight platforms, built the Jira dashboards a 13-person team ran on, and gave usability feedback on Skill Games and Living Stadium.
The unit's first UX hire. Designed Field Point, Command and Control and DataSight, ran usability studies and moderated testing with members, led QA without an in-house QA team, and designed the E Division CROPS and FISOC emblem and challenge coin.
Product owner in a small team of two UX designers, a developer and a project manager. We carried school concepts into further testing and design, and I led the scrum and sprint cadence.
Twelve to eighteen client projects at a time across property development, fashion and hospitality, working with developers, photographers and agency partners.
Where it all began: managing delivery, timelines and budgets for commercial installations, and looking after the brand and customer communications.

At home
Camping, painting, recording music, editing videos, skiing with my family, SCUBA diving, and time outdoors with my Malamute.
On weekends
Pitchside, watching my kids and husband play soccer. As a Burnaby FC team manager, I coordinate parents, pack up kit, cheer in the rain and run strength and plyometrics training for 11-year-olds.
Best live match
Our Whitecaps putting Messi's Inter Miami in their place in 2025. What a run for the title.
Reading and listening
The Dungeon Crawler Carl series, which keeps getting better. And anything Fred again.. touches is gold.

Breaking down the silos between headset and app

One place for policy and law, on the road

Who's right for a call, not just who's closest

Designing what happens after the answer

Helping residents take their first steps in VR

A website built around the visitor, and the app

A dashboard that started with a support call

From the event pipeline to every channel

Opening up data, and two years of building trust

One night out, eight apps
