Bringing policy, procedure and law into one place for officers on the road.

How ride-alongs, member interviews and time in a police cruiser moved a reference tool from the work phone to the in-car MDT.

Field Point

In short

Officers needed policy and law in one place, quickly and offline. Interviews showed members avoided their locked-down work phones, so we pivoted from mobile to the MDT in the cruiser. Time in the cruiser moved navigation within reach on the right, testing made search the front door, and case law gained the categories officers search by. Field Point reached MVP with continued government funding.
