Designing an administrator dashboard that helps residency programs set up headsets and see how their cohort is training.
In short
Programs bought headsets, then couldn't set them up or see whether residents used them. I designed an admin dashboard from support research, kept only metrics that help coordinators, dropped a headset location map over privacy, and specified the in-headset data we needed. It went into early development.
