A change management story: two years of building trust to open up data, and the platform that came out of the RCMP Data Summit.

DataSight came directly out of the RCMP Data Summit. Opening up data took two years of building trust, especially with middle managers and analysts. We positioned the platform as support for analysts, scoped access safely, and made adoption easy with a clear identity, learning-style training and a well-recruited pilot.
