The side of the work you can hold in your hands.

Before product design, there was brand and print, and I never really left them behind. Identity, merchandise, print and campaigns, much of it for teams that had never had a designer.

Identity, merchandise and print

Marks, coins and the things people take home.

I built the graphic standards manual for the BC RCMP Hub and identities for several internal projects, plus everything a team hands out and takes home: brochures, challenge coins, Yeti mugs, T-shirts, lanyards and slide templates.

Freelance

Brand at full speed.

Freelance work for a Vancouver branding agency and two local fashion brands, from photo shoots and weekly emails to presentation centre walls and websites.

Social posts and neighbourhood photography

Freelance years

Two big photo shoots, a stack of presentation centre elevations, and a lot of moving parts kept on brand and on time.

Campaign and social

Work that is still out in the world.

Campaign design and social content, most of it made end to end: written, shot, edited and designed in house.

Social reels for PrecisionOS

I did most of the production, editing, copy and posting. Some of the strongest pieces featured our CEO giving a talk, or a guest surgeon walking through how they approach a problem. Read the Growth case study

Road to Nationals: Coquitlam Metro Ford U-15 Boys

I ran the team's Road to Nationals account start to finish: videos, photos and player interviews, plus events and fundraising with the coaches and managers. The team's GoFundMe raised $12,600 to get the boys to the national championships.

The other half

Most of what I do is product design.

Case studies from tools for officers on the road to surgical training in VR. They sit behind a short access code, and I'm always happy to share one. Have a look at the work.

Have a design problem? Let's solve it together.

A project in mind, a question about my work, or a code to read the case studies? I'd love to hear from you.

Send a note here or write to me directly, and I'll get back to you soon.
