Phase 3: Design & Development
- Goal: Design and develop a modern, accessible, and mobile-friendly website based on approved IA and content strategy.
- Activities: Develop low-fidelity wireframes, design a visually appealing website adhering to B.C. Government web style guide (high-quality images/infographics), develop using responsive design, integrate customer management system for easy content updates, ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance.
- Deliverable: A fully functional website prototype.
Phase 4: Testing & Launch
- Goal: Conduct usability testing and refine the website based on user feedback.
- Activities: Conduct user testing sessions, address usability issues, launch the website after final approvals.
- Deliverable: A launched and accessible website.
Phase 5: Ongoing Maintenance & Optimization
- Goal: Continuously monitor website performance and user engagement and implement ongoing improvements.
- Activities: Track website analytics (user engagement, SEO performance, content effectiveness), conduct periodic user surveys, implement data-driven improvements to optimize the website.
